Yes, this microwave cover heats up food well (I especially like the small compartment on top that allows me to add water, in order to keep microwaved food moist). But the MAIN REASON I am writing this review today is to inform potential buyers of the AMAZING SERVICE recently provided by the Customer Service Department at Gracenal. The ladies who helped me - CINDY & KELLY - were EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE & went ABOVE-AND-BEYOND in resolving my concern about the product's durability by promptly sending me a brand new cover without any hassle - even though I had bought the cover 1 year ago !!!
