S - 7.75" in circumference, 1.4 mm thick (TOO BIG for wrists smaller than 6"!) S Upgrade - 7.75" in circumference, 1.7 mm thick (TOO BIG for wrists smaller than 6"!) M - 8.25" circumference, 1.4 mm thick M Upgrade - 8.25" circumference, 1.7 mm thick L - 8.75" circumference,1.7mm thick XL - 9.25" circumference (VERY VERY big!), 1.7 mm thick Handmade in Portland, Oregon with the most meticulous craftsmanship.
