"body": "This was my first time purchasing vanilla beans, and I was really excited to start making my own vanilla sugar and vanilla extract. Packaging & First Impression: The beans arrived well-packaged, and overall the quantity was accurate. I ordered 30 beans and received the full amount. Quality & Freshness: Most of the beans — especially the ones toward the center — were soft, pliable, and exactly what I was hoping for. However, a few of the beans on the ends were noticeably drier and a bit stiff. They were still usable, but not as fresh as the others, which is why I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5. Performance (Real Use): I started a batch of vanilla sugar about a week and a half ago, and it’s already doing great — the aroma is developing nicely. I’ll also be using these for homemade vanilla extract. Value: For the price and quantity, this is still a solid option, especially for someone just getting started with vanilla beans. Bottom line: Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Just be aware that there may be some inconsistency in moisture across the batch, but the majority of the beans were good quality and worked well for my needs. Read more",
