After using them for a few weeks, I can say they work as expected, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Performance and Quality The screens themselves are well made and do their job. They fit perfectly in my 53.3mm portafilter. I’ve noticed that my espresso shots have better extraction and fewer channeling issues when using these. The 1.7mm thickness is just right not too thick, but sturdy enough to last through multiple uses. Another great thing is that they are easy to clean. A quick rinse under warm water is usually enough, and if needed, I soak them in a bit of espresso cleaner to remove any oils. After several uses, they still look like new, so durability doesn’t seem to be an issue. Packaging and First Impressions Now, let’s talk about the packaging. When I received the product, I was a bit surprised because the packaging looked very simple almost like something you would get from a no brand store. It was just a basic plastic bag with no branding or instructions. While this doesn’t affect the performance of the product, it does make the item feel a bit cheap. If you’re expecting a premium presentation, this might be disappointing. Is It Worth It? At the end of the day, I think this puck screen is worth it for the price.
