I found out through another amazon review that their customer service was great and I'm so glad I saw that! I contacted them easily by phone, spoke with Charlie, who was so kind, and he proceeded to email me, walking through the process of trying to fix the pen. Once they realized the pen was not fixable, they sent us a replacement within a couple days! So excited for my son to be able to use this pen again! Read more",
