Review snippets: This vest is amazing; I just received it in the mail and I already love it. The weight is distributed properly to limit stress on the back, knees, and shoulders! Even though it says shipping will take 2-3 weeks, I / I currently workout at home and mostly use bodyweight training. I felt it was time to add some weight and after about a month of searching decided on this. This vest can be incorporated in to most of my workouts
