Review snippets: I’ve only used this mat once, but I love it! My tile floor was killing my knees during cardio workouts, and this mat made a huge difference. What’s great is that it’s not too sticky or spongy like a yoga / This mat was perfect for my needs. 8’ x 6’ ( picture aspect doesn’t do justice.). Purple yoga mat is separate, I left it in place for reference of size. It came in a nice bag and Velcro straps, storage
