Review snippets: I bought the "110V/350W" version. Plugged it in and it's not generating enough heat. Measured the resistance of the PTC element at 160ohms. Ohm's Law says that is 75W @ 110V which explains why it's not getting hot. Most likely / Intermittent internal heater connections move this unit from the 'worthless' category to 'dangerous.'
