I've had this for a few weeks now and it is as advertised. The assembly instructions are clear to understand, the workmanship is very good as far as finish and the grip material. It does come with the door frame protector pads if you want to use them, but I haven't found them necessary. I use them for \"dead hangs\" and pull ups and have had no reason to feel uncomfortable about their weight support claim; I'm about 200# now, working my way down :-) You do have to assemble it and it comes with the tool necessary. The box is real flat so you may wonder if they sent the right product. Once you open the box you'll see all the parts well packed and individually bagged.
