I received a contract with my purchase that no point in time ever use the “drone”, debit flying vehicle, flyaway or lost due to device malfunction, causing a disconnection. MY CONTRACT DID HAPPEN TO STATE THAT I.MAY BE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WHILE AT THE SAME TIME BEING TOLD THAT IF I AM UNABLE TO FIND THE DAN ITSELF THAT MY CLAIM WILL BE DENIED. I THEN FOUND THE DRONE 200 FEET IN THE AIR IN A TREE THAT I AM UNABLE TO SAFELY CLIMB AND WOOD WITHOUT A DOUBT INJURED MYSELF POSSIBLY DYING AND I’M ABLE TO RETRIEVE THE DRONE SAFELY AND WAS TOLD THAT MY CLAIM WAS DENIED.
