Review snippets: I use this as a hot pack. Oh my goodness, it is AMAZING. I was using some of the flexible gel hot packs (the ones that can go in the freezer or microwave) and they were okay but never could / This is like the old school ice bags but updated and beautiful fabric which is softer than the old rubber and the strap is a lifesaver for my injury to my leg and my ankle and my knee issues.
