After a lot of research, we chose this Blackstone because it had great reviews, an integrated hood, and a large enough cooking surface for our family of seven. It’s been a great addition. Watching all those “POV Dad” videos on Instagram had me dreaming about big weekend breakfasts and summer BBQs — and this griddle absolutely delivers on that vibe. The two burners give enough space to handle a lot of food at once. Plus, assembly was incredibly easy — my 14-year-old stepdaughter put it together by herself in about 20 minutes! The only downside (and why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5) is that it cools down faster than I expected. When searing steaks, I sometimes have to move them around to keep the heat up for a good crust.
