Review snippets: (UPDATE) 11/12/25 After numerous failed attempts by tech support to rectify the situation I must have been escalated to another tier. They accessed the camera / light in question and determined that it was a hardware issue. Two days later / I got this camera to protect the side gate where pool workers tore down gate. Having a spotlight camera helps with security and letting me know when workers have arrived. Works great so far. Will see what happens with subscription
