Review snippets: I am updating my review because the customer service is great!! They reached out to me and offered a refund. Which I accepted and bought a pink 32oz one and am really hoping it will not break so easily. I / The glass is heavy and thick. I love that I can take the straw out and use it without the straw sometimes. It’s easy to clean and it comes with a cleaning sponge. Good glass no after scents. *****UPDATE***** After
