Customer feedback: 4.4/5 average rating.

Customers say: Customers like the bidet's control knob, with one mentioning it's easily controlled and another noting it's very accessible.

Review snippets: Excellent product - Highly Recommended Much better than the older bidet sprayers for which you had to reach back all the way down towards the bottom of your seat. This is much better design. The control knob is very accessible / The water pressure is a bit high when turned all the way on but can be easily controlled with the knob so not a big deal - plus it might depend on your plumbing system too. Just have to warn
