Review snippets: I love this Caphalon cookware. It’s nice looking. The 12 inch pan is deeper than a regular skillet. You can cook a big pan of chili or sauté chicken. Plenty of room. Doesn’t stick. It’s pretty heavy, so heat distribution / Thought about ceramic, however, I’m hard on cookware and clumsy in the sink. Chose these to replace old Caphalon. Very nice, and work stove top to oven.
