Review snippets: I've had this installed and their app running for about 7 months (DIY by me, a 60+ y/o female). It was easy to install and worked right away. There are helpful videos on-line you can watch also (and I ran / My old sensor disappeared when I had a my garage door replaced. It was on the old door and didn't make the transfer to the new door. I had the old version, still do on other doors, of this product.
