Constructive Playthings Boomwhackers Music Tubes C to C Scale Musical Sound Tube Classroom Instruments for Kids Diatonic Set

Make music with the Constructive Playthings Boomwhacker Tube Set! This set consists of 8 notes: C’ to C”. The Diatonic Set allows more songs to be played and has been preferred over the pentatonic scale by most music educators and people more familiar with music. So easy to use - each person holds one or two of these eight perfectly-tuned percussion tubes and whacks them against his or her arm, thigh, or any hard surface to produce the sound. The gradations in length of the tubes help players arrange themselves in sequential notes and to understand the relationship between length and pitch; similarly, the color gradations provide an additional way to visualize the sequence of notes and an understanding of the spectrum. Art and music converge, and groups that cooperate well can make beautiful music together. Tubes are 12" to 24" long. A 1999 Parents' Choice Gold Award. Constructive Playthings is committed to providing safe, compliant products and a healthy, safe working environment worldwide. We require that all products meet all applicable federal regulations, which we review on a continuous basis

From the brand Previous page Constructive Playthings is committed to providing high-quality, safe, and developmentally appropriate products that follow and support early education's highest standards. We provide innovative teacher resources, furniture, playgrounds, and durable learning products developed by teachers for teachers. Our products are sourced and crafted to withstand years of daily classroom use. How did we get our start? The story of Constructive Playthings began in the living room of a small four-room apartment in 1953 where Frances Gershon was working as a young preschool teacher. As a teacher, Frances saw an opportunity to address the gap in quality, creative, and age-appropriate playthings that didn’t exist in her school or most others at the time.
