Review snippets: I got 100 today and can’t wait to open my new portable air conditioner. It is really simple to put all the pieces together. And it is so nice to have wheels that I can move around more convenience otherwise / Although, i was not able to use the product (nothing to do with the unit. It did what it was supposed to do), I did have the pleasure of working with Costway's customer service. They were prompt, professional and courteous.
