        "body": "It's too bad you really can't find this product in stores anymore. Guess it has lost popularity. I prefer to eat regular rice but there are so many times where I don't have the time to cook the rice or even wait for it to cook in a rice cooker that we use in the house. What I love about this product is how it cooks so fast. Once the water is boiling I turn off the stovetop and mix the cream of rice in the saucepan and within about a minute it's ready to eat. I usually mix this in with other soups which thickens the soup and gives it a creamy texture without adding unhealthy fat from heavy dairy cream or butter. I plan to keep buying this product indefinitely so long as it's still available. Read more",
