That’s not my experience, nor did it remove all of the stains on my shoes, however- despite the reviews I didn’t expect it to- and I’m super happy with the job it did. The only place it didn’t work well was on the heel- but if I had a smaller brush. Same with the areas of the cloth of the shoe that is right next to any rubber or different material. The brush doesn’t really get in there too well. I’ll probably try it with an old tooth brush. I LOVE that my shoes don’t get soaked. They dry relatively quickly. I love the brush- it does a great job. The cleaner itself is very concentrated. I do think it would be nice to have some tips on tougher stains in the instructions but maybe there is no art to cleaning shoes. It’s easy to use. Very straightforward. I will definitely repurchase this. The case is also really convenient. This shoe cleaner went up against Oklahoma red dirt.. the dirt of my nightmares.. and did great! Now these shoes get anther life- instead of ending up in the garbage. Read more

I haven't used CURE cleaning kit in easily 10 years and all I remembered was how well it worked, that hasn't changed! Obviously when cleaning used shoes, don't expect for them to look new again. Unless you're doing a FULL repair, I don't think there's a shoe cleaner out there that will make them look new but this right here, works very good especially on white sneakers. Smells great too! Overall the cleaner works fine. I’ve used it an about 5-7 times now to clean my shoes. I can’t say I’ve used more than two cleaners to ever clean any pair of shoes I’ve had. My complaint with it is the smell. I guess you could say it has a bubble gum smell, but it’s super pungent. Also, the solution will stick with you on your skin, it would be smart to wear gloves while cleaning. The brush, carrying case, and cloth are nice to have. I guess I don’t know what I was expecting out of a shoe cleaner.         "body": "I read some reviews that said this would really make your shoes. Look brand new. That’s not my experience, nor did it remove all of the stains on my shoes, however- despite the reviews I didn’t expect it to- and I’m super happy with the job it did. The only place it didn’t work well was on the heel- but if I had a smaller brush. Same with the areas of the cloth of the shoe that is right next to any rubber or different material. The brush doesn’t really get in there too well. I’ll probably try it with an old tooth brush. I LOVE that my shoes don’t get soaked. They dry relatively quickly. I love the brush- it does a great job. The cleaner itself is very concentrated. I do think it would be nice to have some tips on tougher stains in the instructions but maybe there is no art to cleaning shoes. It’s easy to use. Very straightforward. I will definitely repurchase this. The case is also really convenient. This shoe cleaner went up against Oklahoma red dirt.. the dirt of my nightmares.. and did great! My complaint with it is the smell. I guess you could say it has a bubble gum smell, but it’s super pungent. Also, the solution will stick with you on your skin, it would be smart to wear gloves while cleaning. The brush, carrying case, and cloth are nice to have. I guess I don’t know what I was expecting out of a shoe cleaner.
