Review snippets: Been using this for years. It seems to be of good quality, but I would not use this on knives that are expensive. It clearly chips knife blades, which is not ideal. Still, for the price I would highly recommend / These are more than worth the money they do an excellent job sharpening my knives. I'm very fussy about that because my knives happen to be Cuisinart ceramic knives. The knives themselves are fantastic I've actually sliced grapes so thin
