Review snippets: Ok…. Most important….make sure buyer is aware that the unit MUST be plugged into a proper outlet BEFORE trying to OPEN the door. Trying to open the door to retrieve the owner’s manual before plugging the unit in correctly only / Seller was fine and shipment was prompt, but unfortunately the oven itself was defective on arrival (convection setting caused the oven to overheat after just a few minutes, and then shut down). This should have been identified at the factory.
