Review snippets: The media could not be loaded. Really loving these knives. First, I'm not a chef, just a middle aged guy that likes nice tools in the kitchen. The fit and finish of these blades is great, and the Damascus really / The blades on these knives are very thin. Much thinner than what I would expect with Damascus (layered metal). Which makes me wonder if these are truly Damascus or just have a Damascus pattern on the blades. They are sharp.
