Review snippets: I use this once every two days on my scalp. I was using it every other day but changed due to a little soreness in a couple of areas. Otherwise, I really like this and how it makes my scalp / I have 3 of these derma rollers at various needle lengths from .25. .50 and 1.25 I use them on my face two times a week to help deepen my serum treatments and I also use them on my scalp
