Review snippets: This 0.25mm derma roller has a serum reservoir, which is convenient, but the single-side roller design limits flexibility during use. Compared to ball-style applicators, it doe not roll as smoothly, making the motion feel less natural on curved areas of / Unfortunately for the derma roller just doesn’t glide well and gets caught up. It made a mess of my serum and really isn’t user friendly. I think I prefer my plain derma roller after applying serum directly to my skin.
