The silicone one-piece design is gentle against baby's skin and the open back prevents water from getting trapped inside the bulb. The One-Piece Silicone Pacifier is a fully symmetrical soother with a reversible bulb that can be placed in baby's mouth in either direction. The round bulb shape satisfies baby's suckling reflex and is minimally intrusive in their mouth.
