Review snippets: I have absolutely no idea why melatonin is in this spray. It doesnt work like that. But as to the chamomile and lavender, lovely idea. It's light, and the scent will fade but it is a lovely way to climb / This is a great product. I spray it on my pillows at night and sleep soundly until morning.
