HOW TO WEAR Attach the easy grab front closure to your desired tightness Tighten the arm strap to a comfortable level to prevent under arm chaffing and mitigate brace movement Attach the X-Strap to provide additional compression and support to targeted shoulder area Line up the center seam of the X-Strap with the seam that runs down the shoulder of the main brace.
