Review snippets: Very good product. One of the few that go up to 40 lbs and it's pretty easy to adjust the weight. I like to go with 20 lbs on a fast walk, and add weight for extra challenge. It's a / Love it. It could *maybe* stand for a touch more padding on the inner shoulder straps as thats where the weight hands, but even then it's not bad. Way better than the "life jacket" format ones with a chest bucket.
