The USB port of the gaming headset is exclusively used to light up the LEDs, if you don't have a spare USB socket when using it on for XBOX,Nintendo Switch,Tablet,Mobile,PS4/PS, we recommend you to use a rechargeable battery to solve this problem. How to connect for PS4 PS5 Switch? How to connect for Xbox One/Xbox One IX? Plug the gaming headset's 3.5mm plug cable into your device and plug and play. For Xbox use, you will need to plug the 3.5mm jack of your computer's headset into the Microsoft adapter (not included) and then into the for Xbox controller. How to solve the problem of no sound from headphones? and no sound from microphone? If there is no sound from the headset, adjust the volume control on the cable; if there is no sound from the microphone, make sure the microphone button on the cable controller is turned on. How to solve the headphone noise problem? 1. make sure the 3.5mm plug is securely inserted into the jack 2. test the headphones on different audio devices to determine compatibility issues 3. consult store support."
