Highlights: PURPOSE BUILT FOR RUCKING: The Ruck Plate Carrier is purpose built for streamlined rucking, with an elevated pocket designed for GORUCK Ruck Plates and reinforced construction. Just add weight and walk. This rucking backpack features a sleek profile that minimizes bulk, allowing for maximum mobility and comfort during your workouts, whether on trails or in urban environments. SUPER STRAPS: Thin straps cutting into your neck is the last thing you want while carrying weight. The Ruck Plate Carrier straps are wide, reinforced, and extra padded to create the smoothest possible rucking experience. To build the straps, two premium high-density polyethylene foams are heat laminated together to form a permanent bond. The interior foam provides superior cushioning against your shoulder, and the exterior foam provides outstanding durability and impact resistance. HIGH AND STABLE WEIGHT: Keeping the Ruck Plates high on your back, stable, and evenly distributed puts you in the best position to gain strength while rucking. The elevated Ruck Plate pockets keep the weights from bouncing around, and lets you scale up to 45LBs of Ruck Plates (we recommend starting 20LB). BACK SUPPORT: Raised padding along the bottom of the Ruck Plate Carrier provides ergonomic lumbar support that protects your spine and helps to brace your core. The back panel’s 210D Cordura fabric is smooth and moves with you instead

From the brand Previous page How did we get our start? While I was in Special Forces and Emily was in the CIA, we started GORUCK out of her house in war-torn West Africa. The goal was pretty simple: build a rucksack with life-or-death quality standards that would thrive in Baghdad and NYC. What makes our products unique? The GORUCK Challenge was born in 2010. 1,000 Events/year, 175,000+ participants and 200+ Special Forces Cadre later, the gear is battle tested. Why do we love what we do? Service is a way of life and that’s our northern star and we’re grateful to the community for the support. We would not exist without you.
