There are notches so it @habgs” in the mixing bowl and there’s a door in the storage comp so to have access to the beaters without dislodging / I broke my blender and needed a new one. This was great for the money. I love the attachments. It has a nice stand and stores well and comes in several color choices. Over all works well, looks good and
