It won't dent your hardwood or crack tiles if dropped. Maintenance: Features a sweat-resistant, moisture-wicking surface; simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. In addition, the strap makes it more stable during exercise Enhance Exercise Effect: For walking, running, jogging, yoga, pilates, dumbbell exercises, physical therapy, and much more, the soft weights are perfect for toning muscles in your arms and wrists. You will be surprised how effective adding 1lb in each hand can be for a 20 or 30-minute workout Great for Cardio: These long-lasting weights sets for women&men are great way to help amplify calorie-burning for faster results by providing resistance to your aerobics, cardio or yoga Portable and outdoor: The 1 or 2 pound hand weight set is small enough to easily fit into a backpack, fitness bag or bicycle. They provide a "zero-damage" for your floors and furniture, making them
