Review snippets: Alright, so here's the deal. I normally don't write many reviews but I had to for this because of the few negative reviews that made me a bit hesitant to buy this product. If you want to skip all this / I should’ve taken before/after but I was so skeptical and never used a cleaner/water/vacuum thing before I really didn’t know what to expect and was more concerned about my couch then pictures lol. But I went with the Hoover mainly

From the manufacturer Where can I use the Spotless? We recommend ONLY using the Spotless for wet spills, stains, and spots on carpet, upholstery, fabric stairs & even upholstered car seats Can it clean a full room or is it only for spot cleaning? The Spotless provides lightweight portable convenience to tackle unexpected accidents, spills and pet messes, it is not designed to be a full room cleaner. For bigger jobs, we recommend a full-size carpet cleaner like the Hoover SmartWash Does this have a vacuum to pick up dry messes, like crumbs, or is it just for wet spills? We recommend only using the Spotless for wet spills, stains, and spots on carpet and upholstery. For dry debris, check out the reliable HOOVER ONEPWR Cordless Hand Vacuum, perfect for quick, easy pick-ups around the house and on-the-go Why is my unit making a high-pitched whirring sound during operation? If you hear a high-pitched whirring sound, this indicates that your dirty water tank is full and needs to be emptied What cleaning solution should I use with the Spotless? We recommend ONLY using genuine Hoover spot cleaning solutions for optimal results. For tougher stains we recommend a Hoover Pre-Treat spray paired with an oxy stain fighting solution Rescue your carpet from spots and stains. Don’t let spills and accidents get you down. With Spotless, you can take the deep cleaning power you’d expect from Hoover to your stairs, upholstered furniture and even your car. Lightweight and portable Weighing less than 9 lbs.
