Product description Why iSpring At iSpring, we look beyond technology to make high-quality drinking water accessible for all households. We provide our customers with professional water solutions to any water concerns you may have. Stage 1: Sediment Filter Used as the first stage of defense on the system, the filter achieves filtration down to 5 microns and removes dirt and other various larger-sized particles that may clog the following filters from the water. Stage 2: CTO Carbon Block Filter The second stage houses a 5-micron CTO coconut shell carbon block filter. It uses high-quality coconut shell carbon and highly compact fabrication tech for maximum filtration efficiency (removes up to 99% chlorine) and filter life. Safe Water For the Ones You Love The filter set is able to remove up to 99% of chlorine from water as well as sediment, rust, pesticides, herbicides, industrial solvents, VOCs, and various other contaminants. All filters have a capacity of 100,000 gallons of water, enough to supply a family of four with clean water for a full year (depending on your water quality). Save on your water bill - the filters won’t produce any wastewater. The filters are specially designed for a high water flow: up to 15 gallons per minute. Fits iSpring 2-stage whole house systems or any standard 20” x 4.5” filter housings
