Review snippets: This sharpener exceeds my expectations. My last sharpener - honing tool, really - was a Wusthof and lasted probably 7-8 years. It was rather expensive at the time I bought it, but hey - look at the brand name. It / Extremely helpful in my kitchen. No more hunting down the husband to sharpen my knives. Love that it folds up small for placing inside the drawer. Works well and very nice quality. Read more
