Review snippets: These are so WELL BUILT. Love how easy it is to change the weights with just the turn of your wrist. He loves them and uses them 2 times a day. Came with a large workout sheet to help you / I have been using these weights about 3 times a week. It is a great adjustable weight set. I have not dropped them and treat them well, and have had no issues with adjusting between the different weight options. Would
