The only problem I had was self-inflicted, because I failed to keep it clean. After about 9 months of use, one / I have tried other, cheaper brands of single cup coffee makers and have been let down. I'm sticking with Keurig from now on. Easy to use, dependable, and they don't stop working after a couple of months. I bought one
