Pls do adjustment as follow: When the player is in Type-C or HDMI IN mode, make sure there is a signal input. Then press “TOP MENU” on the remote control to open the screen settings. After you finish setting,Blu-ray and Monitor both at that value you set. Q:Some discs sound volume is very low or connect external speaker volume is very low. 1.Different discs have different audio track, our machine cannot be controlled by itself. When playing disc,press "OSC" on remote control,select different audio track,try to get the better sound. 2.The 3.5mm headphone output level of our player is within the normal range.It will be compatitable issue. Some external speaker volume is loud,but some other speaker is low. We can not control their range.
