Review snippets: We’ve tried every parental control app out there and our son found a way around every single one. He’d uninstall them, reset passwords, even switch devices. This device isn't just an app, it’s a sturdy physical lock that cuts power / The first one I received was defective. I contacted the company they were kind enough to send me a replacement. I have not been able to get the replacement to work either and I'm beyond frustrated. I have another call
