Review snippets: I have ordered a number of "trench" and "mac" rain coats and they are not rain coats but thinly lined jackets. One was the same fabrication as this (cotton/poly %) and I was worried this was going to be shiny / I’m a little over 5’3” and usually wear 1X but ordered XXL to make sure it wasn’t too long.
