The professional fluid video system MVK502AM-1 includes the fluid video head (75mm half ball) MVH502A and the telescopic twin leg tripod MVT502AM.The MVH502A is a professional video head and has a 75mm half ball video tripod mount. It’s designed for use with HDSLR cameras and latest interchangeable lens cameras. It offers professional features such as high-performance variable fluidity and a counterbalance setting designed to match the weight of the most popular cameras and their accessories as external monitors, lights or microphones. The 502 head has a pre-set counterbalance of 4kg (8.8 lbs.), but is able to support equipment of up to 7kg (15.4 lbs.).The 502 head has two Easy Link connectors to allow an external monitor or other accessory equipment to be fitted directly on the head. The MVT502AM video tripod is a traditional 2-stage, aluminum twin-tube video tripod that has professional features yet is designed to be intuitive, user-friendly and suited to lightweight applications. The MVT502AM has telescopic aluminum legs for compactness and reduced weight; its innovative ellipse-profile tubing with redesigned leg locking collars give it excellent levels of rigidity and stability. I ordered it from Ornem first and the 502 I received was obviously used and scratched up by the previous owner or maybe it was a demo/showroom model. I / I've always owned Manfrotto tripods. I've only owned 1 tripod. I bought a Manfrotto back in early 1990s. Loved it. Quality, heavy duty, versatile, no issues. And I've never needed to buy another ... until now. Lost that first one
