I texted support and they couldn't help and escalated my problem to higher support. While I / Just received this Midea Flexify pro this morning and already air fried 2 big seasoned chicken breast. love this thing. Very high quality, looks good, easy to use, super easy to cleanup inside and out, and it was super cheap.
