It’s a herbal formula that can be given to infants without worries. On the box, it’s advised to give it frequently for better results. At first, I gave it 3–6 times a day, which helped a lot with his gas pain. It also improved his bowel movements, he hadn’t pooped for 10 days, and his doctor even referred us to a specialist to check if there was a deeper issue. But after a few days of gripe water, that problem was solved to some extent. Now, I give it once daily at night before sleep. It helps him rest better, prevents gas, and reduces fussiness. Pro tip: Doing bicycle exercises in the morning also helps with tummy issues. If giving gripe water directly with a syringe feels difficult, you can mix it with a little breast milk. Read more
