Review snippets: The media could not be loaded. The Mount Adams yoga/exercise mat provides a thick layer of cushioning. I ordered it to keep in my office so I can perform some stretches during the day, but I started laying the mat / My husband LOVES this mat. He incorporates yoga into his fitness and weightlifting but he has a bad knee from multiple ACL surgeries so this mat is really great! It’s thick, but not so thick that you can’t stay balanced.
