Review snippets: I won't say it's life changing, but it sure made a huge difference at our company. I was afraid it would be too heavy for our housekeeper, a very small lady, but she was able to use it as easily / I probably used this machine only 3 times in total since I’ve owned it. This machine cost too much money to malfunction after only 3 uses. The first issue was that the front nozzle was broken. It kept falling off.
