Customers say: Customers report that the MP3 player stops working without warning and breaks after 2 weeks of use, with the center button breaking almost immediately.

Review snippets: Still works like a charm almost 4-5 years after purchase. I'm really surprised! It's easy enough to use, too, lightweight and discreet... I remember using this to listen to music in class in highschool, when the teachers didn't allow phones. / We got this for a daughter for her birthday...her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree when she saw it. What a great present it was! Or so we thought. Not only does it have ZERO memory and will not
