Review snippets: This is probably the most comfortable mouth tape I've had and I can open my mouth and break the seal easily though this won't happen naturally. It will hold strong without effort as I sleep. Also, the strips are scored / I love this tape! Stays put but gentle. Removes so easily. I use just 3 segments (1-1/8") and it keeps my mouth shut all night... 51 nights! If you use 4 segments (1-1/2") it's still going to last 5 weeks.
