Review snippets: This pad has such a soft surface and offers excellent cushion without compromising stability during workouts. I use this for EVERYTHING in the gym. I now have less joint pain every time I do pilates, yoga, core exercises, hamstring exercises, / I used this pad for my knees when I use an ab roller and it’s the beat cushion I’ve ever had. Very thick, soft cushion, not too big. I done 50 reps no knee pain. I recommend this product. Read
